Welcome to You and Me Pediatrics, by Dr. Soylu - a pediatric practice in South Tampa offering evidence-based, compassionate care to children and teens in a supportive, personalized setting. To best meet the needs of our community we offer both member and non-member care options and are proud to have the only pediatrician in the region to extend treatment options using pediatric hypnosis.  Our pediatric practice is based on the Direct Primary Care Model (DPC), because it prioritizes the doctor-patient relationship and quality over quantity.

Meet Dr. Soylu

Lana Soylu, MD, FAAP

Hi! I am a board-certified pediatrician with over 2 decades of experience in pediatrics. I earned my medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed my pediatric residency at the University of South Florida. Prior to starting You and Me Pediatrics, I combined my passion for pediatrics and education by mentoring and advising pediatric residents, medical students, and mid-level providers as faculty at the University of South Florida.

Since 2017, I have incorporated pediatric hypnotherapy into my traditional medical practice. This evidence based tool has been a valuable and effective addition to the care I provide.

It is of utmost importance for me to provide the best possible care to my patients and this requires continuous learning, listening carefully, asking questions, knowing the families I serve, and thinking holistically.

I look forward to getting to know you and your family as we navigate through your health care journey.

If you are interested in becoming a MEMBER of You and Me Pediatrics

1. Schedule a Free Meet & Greet
Have a 30 minute video visit to get to know the practice, ask questions, and make sure it’s a great fit.

2. Complete your Intake Paperwork
After your visit, Dr. Soylu will email you the intake forms for enrolling and choosing your plan and payment. You will email the forms back upon completions

3. Enjoy Personalized, Direct Access
Dr. Soylu will complete your childs enrollment followed my access and scheduling information.

Non-Members (One-time or Occasional visits)

1. Book Online Anytime
Most appointments can be easily scheduled online. Otherwise complete the form submission and we will contact you to schedule. Schedule hypnotherapy, evaluations, sports physicals, urgent care, and consultations, — no membership needed. Transparent pricing. Credit card required upon booking, but not charged until the day of the visit. If you are unsure what or how to schedule, please contact us.

2. Confirmation and Intake Paperwork
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will be sent intake forms via email to complete prior to your appointment. Once completed, return the forms back via email.

3. Receive Personalized, High-Quality Care
All patients receive thoughtful, evidence-based care from Dr. Soylu — whether you're a member or not.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • New patients Birth to 17 years and established patients until they turn 22.

  • Yes. We are strong proponents of vaccines and are more than happy to answer your questions and provide factual information; however if you still do not wish to vaccinate your child, it would be difficult to establish the trusting relationship we both deserve and we also must think about the health of our other patients.

  • Yes! Dr Soylu is our pediatrician and will be seeing patients.

  • We are not on any insurance plans. We can provide an invoice and you are welcome to submit to your insurance
