Non-Member Scheduling

The services below are available to members and non-members of the practice on a fee-for-service basis. The fees are listed on the website as well as when scheduling. Payment information will be required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged for the appointment. If a service is not listed, you would like us to schedule an appointment, or if you need additional assistance, please call/text the office at 813-328-2838 .
