Non-Member Scheduling
The services below are available to members and non-members of the practice on a fee-for-service basis. The fees are listed on the website. Payment information will be required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged for the appointment. If a service is not listed, you would like us to schedule an appointment, or if you need additional assistance, please call/text the office at 813-328-2838 . Hypnosis
Initial hypnosis visit via video.
Virtual hypnosis follow-up visit for an established patient.
ADHD Evaluation
A comprehensive telehealth evaluation for concerns involving attention, hyperactivity, impulsivity, or executive functioning.
Consultations
Brief video consultation for 15–30 minutes.
Video consultation for 30–60 minutes.
Pediatric Virtual Care
Telehealth visit for non-members.
Member Scheduling
Prospective Members: If you have not completed your Meet and Greet, please schedule your free 30 minute video session prior to enrollment.
Once your enrollment is complete, you will be given a link for scheduling.
Enrolled Members: you can use the scheduling link that was sent with your enrollment or schedule below. Contact the office if you need assistance.
