If your child needs a school physical and/or updated shot records, we are here to help. While we are unable tot provide shots, we will assist you in where you can obtain them and complete the necessary forms is your child is up to date.

A school physical is a brief visit to ensures your child meets the school’s minimum requirements and to evaluate for conditions that may interfere with their education or activities.
