What is a school physical?

A school physical is a brief visit to ensures your child meets the school’s minimum requirements and to evaluate for conditions that may interfere with their education or activities.

Summer is flying by and it’s almost time for the school buses to fill the streets and students to fill the hallways. If your child needs a school physical and/or updated shot records, we are here to help. While we are unable tot provide shots, we will provide you locations.

To assist in providing you with the the most complete and efficient care, please bring any prior medical information and shot records. We are happy to assist with transferring vaccine records to the required form or print an updated copy if necessary.
